一大早，我就来到育博。教室里只有寥寥无几的几个人，我们都静静地拿出自己的书本看起来。过了一会儿，老师来了。她先带着我们复习了上节课学习的内容，我们都练的兴高采烈的。九点钟的时候，我们开始考试了。我们大家都做的很认真，半个小时的时间里共做了两张卷。第二张卷子上的最后一道题是口试题，老师把同学们挨个叫起来回答她的提问，有的同学回答的特别流利，有的同学就结结巴巴的.说的不太好。到我了，面对老师，我有点紧张，不过回答的还算可以。老师对我提问还没完呢，放学的时间就到了，还有几乎一半的同学没口试呢，老师说下午继续。

下午一上课，我就开始紧张了，要口试的话我还是第一个。不过，老师却好象忘了这件事似的，带着我们玩起了一个有趣的小游戏。这个游戏的名字叫“红绿灯”。就是全体同学在教室里围成一个圈，老师站在里面。她说绿的时候，我们就跑起来；她说黄，我们就改成单腿蹦；她如果说红，那我们就必须停在原地，老师就开始摸，摸到谁，谁就大声地背诵我们学过的单词。这个游戏特别有意思，第一局开始了。老师喊了红以后，慢慢地向我们这个方向走过来，我们都努力的屏住呼吸，迅速的躲好。我看了一下，有的同学躲在学习椅下面，有的直接蹲在地上，大家都捂着嘴，瞪大眼睛看着老师的手。终于老师抓到了一个女生，她大声的说了“三明治”的英语，游戏又接着进行……这个下午我们玩的兴高采烈的，几乎忘记了时间，每个同学都说了好几个单词，加深了印象。

我喜欢我们的英语班，也喜欢这些校园外的老师和同学们。

我还发现,第一模块的歌曲《hello hello》既简单又有趣，就和孩子一起学唱这首歌。没有过多的讲解，没有严格的限制，就是唱着玩，唱着感觉。有时候，家长的辅导也要适可而止，孩子在家吃得太饱，去学校没有饥饿感，也不见得好。这首歌很简单，孩子初步体会到了学习英语的快乐。

二，尽量创造使用英语的语言环境。

英语学习一定要多听、多说，我们没有这样的环境，就自己创造。

第一模块第7页的第5题很有意思，在游戏中复习用“how are you”问好和回答的方法，只需要三四个人即可。我就和刘昶爸爸、刘昶一起，按照书上的游戏规则玩了一把。孩子觉得很有趣，也熟练掌握了问好的方法。

第一模块还有用“good morning”“good afternoon”问好的学习。早上起床，我就用“good morning”跟刘昶打招呼，下午去送孩子，他也会说“good afternoon”，在生活中练习英语的效果还真不错。

三、给学生学习英语的信心。

自信的学生学习的效果一定会事半功倍。学生刚刚学习英语，读得不是很流利，但我仍然不吝啬对学生的赞美，告诉学生：“你学习英语真有天赋！”虽然自己也觉得有点酸，但是学生的确找到了方向。

老师发来信息，表扬刘昶在课堂表现很好，我更是抓住机会，对全家每个成员宣布这个好消息，对刘昶又是一番肯定。刘昶越学越有劲了。

我们先跟指导老师和班主任交流，了解了学生的基本情况，学习和性格特点，然后把班级名册带去班上，大概认识了班上学生。这周到了周三后都是下雨的天气，而我必须很早就起床然后从家里骑电动车赶到学校，大概七点二十分就到校，协助班主任监督早自习。我记得第一天有个学生(名字保密)迟到了，我教育了几句，他不服，我就跟他说，我能保证我不迟到，但是你能做到吗?他沉默了，但是那天以后，那个学生都没有迟到。周四那天早上当我不畏风雨的站在班级门口，我看到那个学生对我微笑，心中真的挺欣慰的。所幸有我们的坚持，做好这些简单的事情。我深深感受到，事情虽小，要真正做好却不容易!尤其是老师，要以身作则才能让学生信。那边一定会有很多事要我去做。

不过在相处两天后，我开始认为我必须主动向老师提出我要帮忙或协助她，不能再被动的等待老师请我帮忙，所以我有主动跟老师说，快到月考，还有学习运动会，有很多杂事，其实我可以帮忙，如此我也可以对于班上学生更加熟悉。我相信我跟我的实习辅导老师会越来越融洽的!

这个班学生虽然是高二的，但是他们英语基础很差，需要我们多花些心思，方法和鼓励都很重要。我们这周听了晏老师四节课，我认为**老师教学生特别有一套，主要是有方法的讲解和不断引导学生主动思考和学习。具体的'诸多优点我在听课笔记中有详细记录。

反省

这周虽然做的事情很小很杂，但是值得我们学习的地方还有很多，希望好好听课，多学习老师们的优秀教学实践。帮助老师批改作业、整理级务等。因此我做了一些思考，我想是否先以教学为重，多协助老师们工作，慢慢的等老师的教学较为熟悉时，我再去看看其它班级的课，不过，要如何与处室老师们沟通、协调，需要学习和改进的地方还有很多，希望争取不断进步!
