I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of bad captivity.

But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we’ve come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds". But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check — a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quick sands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.

We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force. The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. They have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone.

As we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied, as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as our children are stripped of their selfhood and robbed of their dignity by signs stating "For Whites Only". We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive.

Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair.

I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up, live up to the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident; that all men are created equal.”

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave-owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color if their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day down in Alabama with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification, one day right down in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.

This is our hope. This is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

This will be the day when all of God’s children will be able to sing with new meaning.

And if America is to be a great nation this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire.

荣辱是很明确的概念，但在一些人的心里却变得模糊不清。在公共汽车上，一个强壮的年轻人坐在一个又老又弱又怀孕的座位上，旁边站着一个背着弓的老妇人；一个优秀而有前途的大学生，却因为钱而出卖了自己的灵魂！一位参加全国青年歌手大赛的选手甚至说中国国旗错了！

面对这些，有些人可能不会想当然：这只是个别现象，不足以造成大的影响。但当我们在口上大谈道德理想、光辉形象，面对有困难的人却是一副无动于衷的神色时，你的心是否跟我一样感到震惊。

身处红色的五月，面对道德标准偶尔的破败或沉寂，善良的桥城人们正急切地期望着一种文明的记忆能够复苏。还记得在危难面前，视人民利益高于一切的观海卫镇的保安沈磊吗，他用实际行动诠释了什么是光荣的，什么是耻辱的，他以自己短暂的人生历程，谱写了一曲感人肺腑的时代赞歌；在平凡而光荣的教育岗位上默默奉献，执着坚守，获得宁波市“首批中小学模范班主任”称号的第三实验小学的魏文老师就像一个青青麦田里的守望者，她把自己的满腔热情和青春才华都奉献给了“麦田里”活蹦乱跳的孩子们；不论是正当年少，还是华发初生，都怀着永远年轻而火热的赤诚之心，励顺良、陈孟君等 “志愿服务之星”们在城市文明建设中作出了突出的贡献……桥城人正投入大桥的建设，如火如荼；桥城人不断地进行着爱的接力，这不是中国人最基本的道德精神。这难道不是我们世代相传的优良传统吗？

望着心中那忽隐忽现的殿堂，一个伟大的声音不由在我的的耳边涌起。爱祖国为荣，害祖国为耻；以服务人民为荣，以离开人民为耻；我们应该以崇尚科学为荣，以无知为耻；以辛勤劳动为荣、以好逸恶劳为耻；。。。。。。xx提出的“八荣八耻”，不正是这圣殿的真实写照吗？

它为是与非，荣与辱划上了一条鲜明的界线。它就像一几明镜，让人们重新看到了真实：美好的，在镜中缤纷多彩；丑恶的，在镜中原形毕露；它是良知的灯塔，指引我们走向荣耀的彼岸。

在那光荣的彼岸，有一种爱，一生一世不求回报；有一种感觉，没有条件，连续不断；有一种人会为别人创造一个快乐的伊甸园。这种爱，这种感觉和这种人构成了我们梦想的和谐社会！

I am grateful for the opportunity to deliver my speech here after 7-days’ preparation with my friend Jinly. Thanks to Jinly’s strong support in our work. I think it is my way of saying thank you to you that giving an excellent presentation to all my friends here.

The subject of our presentation is “YOUR DREAM & YOUR GOAL”. During the next 10 minutes, we’ll give you a brief explanation of these stuff at the best of our knowledge.

First of all, I’d like to spent 3 or 5 minutes on discussing about the dream. When we were 5, they asked us what we want to be when we grow up. We answered like superman, princess, or in my case, a sailor moon. When we were 10, again they asked and the answer was policemen, doctors and some other high-principled jobs. But unfortunately, we finally found our dreams unrealistic as we entered a not-so-good high school, did not-so-good school works and went to a not-so-good direction in our life. I guess, many of you have thought about changing your dreams, but finally felt at a loss again. Yep! We’re adults and they are waiting for a serious answer. Well, how about this? WHO THE HELL KNOWS! Dream is only a dream. It’s unnecessary for us to think over our dreams all day long. You know, dreams always change, and this is not the time to make difficult decisions. But what do dreams do? Why do we still have an urgent need of dreams?

Think about it: do you have had a time when you were full of happiness just because you have made an achievement that pushes you a bit to your dream? Do you have had a time when you insist on what you were doing even the tears keep falling from your eyes? That is the power from dreams! May I equate the faith and the dream here? As we all know, aims and dreams are far from each other to some extent but close to each other on the other hand. Just like the parabola and the number line in mathematics. But it is the dream that help us to map out our aim and work out plans one after another in our life. Just like what Howard Schultz, the founder of the Starbuck said, Dreams are like the stars----we never reach them, but like mariners, we chart our course by them. And I believe that if you have a dream and make efforts step by step, some of you may extremely finish the quantitative change on the way to success and reach the qualitative change!

I would like to finish my part by a tongue twister: Whether the weather be fine or whether the weather be not. Whether the weather be cold or whether the weather be hot. We'll weather the weather whether we like it or not. Whatever you dreams are and however difficult it is to realize them. Reach your aim step by step and I believe your dreams will extremely come into truth!

When I was a primary school student I wrote in my composition that I want to be a scientist when I grow up. At that age I didn't know what is a scientist, nor did I know what is dream. I wrote it because it's a standard answer for a composition test. And I know if I wrote that I want to be a peasant I would be criticized and laughed at, no matter what reason I gave it. But now in university, one of my classmates changed my idea. At the career planning class when asked about our dreams, one of my classmates stood up and said, " I want to be a peasant because I grow up in a peasant family and I love it." No laughter, no criticism, he was the only who winned a clapping.

It sets me thinking, which should be a man's dream? a scientist, or a peasant? It's not a simple question and my answer is both. This is exactly my understanding of this topic. Dreams are something we really want and are willing to try every effort to achieve, no matter how great or how small, no matter how others think, it depends on you.

Life is long, and we are just on the starting point. Finally we'll understand life is not just about making a living. There're something much more important than money and material enjoyment, that is spiritual wealth, that is dream. It's the process of your pursuit of dream, the process when you are trying, when you are seeking, when you are struggling, when you failed and restarted again and again with your determination, hardwork, and perseverance that make you, build you, and help you to lead a worthy and significative life, whether you'll achieve your dream or not, the result is not that important.

Good morning, it's my honor to stand here and give you this speech about dreams. There I want to start my speech with two short stories.

The first story happened when I was in primary school, I wrote in my composition that my dream was to be a teacher when I grew up. Meanwhile, what my classmates wrote about their dreams was that he or she wanted to be a doctor, a scientist or an astronaut.

The second story happened at my first year in university. These two stories happened during my growth process, from which I got my understanding of dreams. My classmate's answer let me know a real dream is not just about being a great man, or doing a great job, it's about what you really want to be, and are willing to try every effort to pursue it.

Because what makes a dream valuable is not just about the result, it's also about the process, the process when you are trying, when you are struggling, when you failed and restarted again and again, because of the process, dreams can be meaningful and become your wealth.

不知道大家有没有关注最新的中国好声音第三季,期中有一位导师有一个永恒不变的问题,那就是要选手谈谈你的梦想.他们既不是**导师,也不是表演导师,他们自称为梦想导师,我想这是有原因的.

上台演唱的每一位歌手,不知道大家觉得怎么样,我觉得都已经具备了不俗的实力,称为职业歌手也不为过.他们在音准、音域、稳定度等专业方面自然也不会有太多问题,然而他们的共同问题则是一个未完成的梦想,因此他们最需要的是一位能引领他们完成自己梦想的导师.

梦想对于一个人的作用不言而喻,梦想是一个人的灵魂、梦想是人生道路上的指路灯,每个人或许也都有自己对于梦想的概念,而我想说的是,梦想是一个完整的人所必须的必要条件,没有梦想就不是一个完整的人.因此我觉得参加中国好声音的歌手都很幸运,能够有自己的梦想,也只有这样才能遇到自己的梦想导师,进而完成梦想完整自己.

我国战国时期著名思想家墨翟先生曾说过：志不强者智不达。的确，我国古往今来的大人物们都有“鸿鹄之志”，因此，我认为，一个人不能没有理想。如果没有理想，就像鸟儿没了翅膀，无法在广阔的蓝天翱翔；就像没有帆的航船，在大海中迷失方向；没有理想，我们的生活将会浑浑噩噩；列夫托尔斯泰曾说过理想是指路的明灯。没有理想，就没有坚定的方向，没有方向，就没有生活。因此，每个人都必须有一个理想，并为之而奋斗，即使我们失败了，也要在失败中振作，在振作中奋发，在奋发中取胜，这才是我们要的精神。就像那些伟人一样。

毛主席年轻时借问大地谁主沉浮，可谓是鸿鹄之志比天高。但如果不去努力，不带领中国人民前仆后继，英勇奋战，哪来的新中国的成立，哪来的今天的幸福生活。人生之路不是一马平川，也不是鲜花碧草铺就，困苦挫折在所难免。但只要有理想这盏不灭的灯相伴，就能冲破迷惘，步入灿烂的里程。歌德说过：“人人心中有盏灯，强者经风不熄，弱者遇风即灭。这盏灯，就是理想。”理想之灯虽然美好，但也是虚无缥缈的。若想让理想之灯放出光芒，需要付出艰辛的劳动甚至是一生的努力。前人说得好：有志之人立长志，无志之人常立志。据于理想而不去奋斗的人是平庸的，他们像阿q一样整天处在幻想之中，把未来的生活打扮得五光十色，然而却只能是雾里看花，海市蜃楼罢了。因此，单单手执理想之灯是不够的，这还需要我们的责任。

现在很多年轻朋友要踏入这个社会，面对很多事情。我学生时期的时候是一个不起眼的人，因为我曾经很胖，两百多斤，因为我又是原住民，**比较黑，所以常常被别人说成“黑猪”。因为学校门口常常都会有一些路边摊，就叫卖的，“黑猪肉，黑猪肉”同学说，“哈哈哈，叫你啊，叫你啊”我曾经是坐在教室里面看着老师然后上课，突然间就有后面几个人把我脖子勒着，有人拿着一把剪刀往我头发这样一直剪一直剪一直剪，乱剪。

还有数学课不是会有圆规吗，就有一个女生说，你腿肉很多，她就拿圆规这样刺我大腿，所以我这边有一条疤还留着的。我那时候是会哭的，会默默哭的，然后哭着跟妈妈说，“妈，我要转学，我要转学”但是因为家境的问题，你要转学必须还要再花另外一个费用。后来，我妈妈说你还有一个学期就要毕业了。请容忍我。

后来单飞之后一个人就主持很多的节目，我主持了很多什么《少年兵团》综艺形态的节目，甚至把章鱼放头上，面粉鸡蛋砸脸，可是你觉得我是开心的吗，不开心，其实那个时候是不开心的。因为以前我觉得我自己超帅的，完全不容许套**在我头上，鸡蛋什么的我完全，可是没有办法，因为当时我欠债，家里以前在我小时候因为家境困苦，欠了很多钱，累积累积累积到后来，又因为官司的关系，我欠了一千万台币吧，所以在那个时候你只能去面对给你的工作，你该去做这样一个表演的时候，你可能要放下这个身段，去访问你觉得明明我也可以站在这边接受访问，可是我却要站在那边，“哇，你们好红，好棒，耶”这样子，就觉得好，我试着去做做看，结果没想过越做越兴奋。它激起了我和谐之星的血液，而且它现在永远不会停止。

后来才惊醒，原来我是个谐星。

后来，我主持了这个节目。当时，我被**授予三冠王。三个项目都是冠军。我那一阵子，我真的走路都是侧着走的，就每个人看到你都“哇，收视王，收视王，收视保证!”但是这个美梦很快就惊醒，没了，瞬间三个节目没有了，完全没了。

怎么办，我第一个想法就是我家里的钱怎么还，我爸妈怎么办，我曾经在小时候许下那个愿望，我希望我长大能够让我的爸妈能够享清福，不要那么痛苦地，每天对别人鞠躬道歉说之后再还你们钱，当时的想法就是怎么办，怎么办。有时候会觉得我不要玩了，我回去当我的舞蹈演员也好，或者是我教跳舞也好，我觉得我的生活会不会比较快乐，但是你又觉得，你又是一个爱现的人，你又是个爱表演的人，我对这个舞台我要放弃吗，所以当时我就有一个想法，就是坚持比努力可怕。

所谓坚持比努力可怕的原因，就是因为努力的人，当他目标达不到的时候，他有可能中途就会放弃，可是坚持的人，他会跟你拼到底。就算我五十岁才轮到这个机会或命运的时候，我跟你熬到那个时候，只要我还活着，所以我立下这个心愿，我跟你拼了!刚刚也说了，我们家里面没有一个学历高的，人生的道理，都是从人生的道路上面去学习的，你们可能会觉得我说的有些道理你可能不能认同，机会是留给有准备的人，错!

机会是留给红的人。曾经我会很多的才艺，可是机会都会从我身边溜走，找红的人，因为红的人他有收视保证，观众爱看，所以舞台是很残酷的。各行各业都有一个舞台，你们可能要遭受到很多很多的问题，未来一定都会遇到一个曾经有帮助过你的人，推你一把的人，给你机会的人，这些人都要记住。

还有什么要记住的？应该记住那些攻击你和责骂你的人。原因是什么?

你有一天要站在舞台上面的时候，你享受掌声的时候，你要看着那个人说，“我成功了，怎么样?”

教师工作就是一个社会的平凡岗位，做着貌似"平凡"的工作。

其实我并不喜欢这个被别人称为“铁饭碗”“她家穷所以肯定是她”：不要以为在毕业以后有工作现在就不努力四年后你就只能做老师甚至连个老师都做不了”

恩师的话如雷轰顶我陈阳平就只能无所作为地存活于世间?我问自己“想要什么?”、周围的人、事学习最后立下了‘年薪百万’的目标

从此一切行为都被抹上了梦想的色彩我开始以百万富翁的标准要求自己每次就快要放弃的时候我就会反问自己：难道百万富翁是这个样子的?于是立马有了精神并且全力以付地去完成手头的事我自信只要自己将这份精神发扬下去一定会到达成功的彼岸

理想之所以称为理想，是因为它是人们对未来生活的一种设想，而并非现实，理想与现实之间是有着一定差距的，但是它又与现实有着一定的联系，它基于现实之上，需要人们去实现。我们每一个人都有自己的理想，也许它距离我们很遥远，但是我们却可以通过努力来实现它，“世上无难事，只怕有心人”，我们的最终目的就是实现我们的理想，从而改变我们的人生。然而，实现理想是一个艰苦的过程，并不容易，但我相信，只要我们努力工作，付出代价，理想也会被征服。

理想就好比是一座山峰，而实现理想的过程就是我们爬山的过程，最终爬上了山顶，我们也就实现了理想，同样也是到达了人生的顶峰，此时，我们就是胜利者。但是实现理想的过程是艰苦的，要知道“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”只有经得住命运的考验，我们才能够实现理想，古语有云：

“……故天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤……”说的也正是这个道理。

There are still many many people dying of cancer and leaving the beautiful world reluctantly. All those things make me feel sad because I think everyone has the right to live . I want to help the sick and reduce their pain as much as I can. I want to bring a healthy body to the patients and save their lives as many as I can. I want to see people cured ,living happily with their families and friends after my treatment. So I want to be a doctor ,an angel in white.

When I become a doctor, I will cherish each life regardless of the races, sexes, ages, positions and occupations. I will do every bit to cure the incurable.

I already have a dream in my heart,so I have to make every effort to realize it.As a high school student now,I will seize every chance to study hard,arm myself with knowledge, prepare myself for the future and strive for my dreams. I will be determined, face the reality bravely and not surrender to any problems I meet.

On the night of March 1, the 76th Annual Academy Awards was shown on television. After watching it, I had a dream, a sudden wish, that some day, I could receive an Oscar award, or a nomination, for a movie I've made.

While I was schooling in Australia, my friends from school andI received a n assignment one day, "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of your choice." At the time, the trend was based around the popular Matrix movie trilogy, so that became our obvious choice.

Because our schedule was very tight, and it was a first time experience, we found it all very hard work, but when we released our production at school, it was worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie, we could not get from one end of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or six times. We, especially I, were proud. We made a school-wide sensation.

From then on, I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming is done. I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something to do with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times, just to find out how one camera angle, or

special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. I sometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniques they use are so smart. Their cleverness inspired me to make and act in movies.

When I become little bit older, I would like to attend a movie academy in Beijing or Shanghai, then America, or England, after some training and experience, I would like to make a movie, which will most likely be an action movie, which is my favorite kind of movie to watch.. If I am lucky, I hope I would get an Oscar Award for this movie. I think that would be quite a challenge, but it’s not impossible. For now, it’s back to watching movies over and over again for me!

也许(我们在)中学时期就已经读到或者听到许许多多关于大学生活的信息，有人说大学生活绚丽多彩的，有人说大学生活是无聊空洞、浪费青春的。有人说，梦想就像是七彩的泡沫，在高飞的同时幻灭.

我要说，大学，是自由与知识的殿堂，是梦想起程的地方.在这里，有浩瀚的书海，有知识的交融，有思想的碰撞.在这里，你可以乘着梦想高飞!我要说，梦想在种子的心中等待着，承诺一个不能立刻被证实的生命奇迹!

水除非够深，否则很难看出水的蓝;梦想除非深刻到让你相信，否则很难成真.梦，是用一生来追寻的.在前进的途中，你可以徘徊，但不要徘徊得太久;你可以休憩，但不要让它成为你停止不前的理由.在大学里也许我们会气馁，甚至想放弃，但这一切都不重要。因为这一切终究会过去。生命每天都是新的。所以我们要接受现实过好每一天。
